Welcome to LocalU.org! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the LocalU.org website (the "Website") and all associated services offered by LocalU.org (collectively, the "Services").

3. Event Tickets
Purchase: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as expressly stated in these Terms or by LocalU.org. Sponsors are provided with the name and email address of all attendees to in-person events and some webinars. All sponsors agree that the ability to opt out must be available to anyone added to their marketing lists.
Delivery: LocalU.org will deliver tickets electronically to the email address associated with your account.
Admission: You are responsible for printing your tickets or having them available on a mobile device for presentation at the event. LocalU.org reserves the right to deny admission if a valid ticket cannot be presented.
4. Webinars
Registration: Registration for webinars is required.Access: LocalU.org will provide access information for registered webinars via email.Recordings: Some webinars may be recorded and made available for later viewing.
5. User Content
You may be permitted to submit content (text, images, videos, etc.) to the Website ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant LocalU.org a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Services. You agree that your User Content will not violate any third-party rights or be offensive or illegal.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and Services contain intellectual property owned by LocalU.org or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any of this intellectual property.
