Treasure is derived from Matthew 6:21. My name is Tanisha LaRacheal Engram Morse Roebuck. I find the greatest joy in being able to help another person. Through a period of self discovery, I’ve learned that I enjoy writing and expressing myself. I enjoy writing about things that I’ve been through, things that I seen and places I’ve been. I write with the notion that what knowledge and experience I have to offer will help another person in some way. This is my gift of ministry. You’ll come to learn, I have many sides, gifts and moods.
I attended Northeastern University in Boston, MA where I received my Bachelor of Science. Then I ventured off to law school at Suffolk Law School and graduated in 2002. I then received my MBA from University of Phoenix in 2007.
Over the last 10 years, I have been on a road of exploration and self discovery. I’ve realized that there are a lot of things I enjoy about myself and areas in my life I need to get on point. My family, would tell you I’m very open minded and speak what is on my mind. I’m the oldest of 7 on one side and the middle child on the other side of my family. My siblings would say, I’m like an eagle that sores alone, but like a mother-hen tending to everyone, making sure they are ok. There are very few people I have allowed to enter my world completely. My biggest fan and supporter is Christofer A. Allen and he has no idea how much inspiration he has been in my life and how much he means to me.
I enjoy putting things together being strategic. I am not afraid of falling, as I look at falling as an opportunity to get back up again and learning from the previous fall. I have often been known to be hard-headed, but old age and God is making my need to be hard-headed a distant memory. I love marketing, planning, meeting new people and “being a door opener” for others. I am part owner in Treasure Enterprises Consulting & Management and Alpha Financial Solutions. I feel very blessed to be apart of something and my partner’s lives. I have always been result and goal oriented. I remember finishing law school and thinking to myself, ok what shall I conquer now? It is not until recently, that I have discovered what my plight or purpose shall be. I pray that as you join the journey with me, you’ll discover the “Treasure” within yourself, the trials and tribulations you go through in order to fulfill your purpose and insight on how to be an overcomer.
“Failure is not an option, it is a decision”. “It’s impossible to stop a man/woman who just won’t quit”. With that said, my work ethic is hard working, often put too much on my plate, love large task and when people say you can’t do that, I will find a way because I am goal oriented, caring, loving, compassionate, community and family oriented.
Mostly importantly, I love God and it is because of Him that THIS is even possible. Thank you for joining me on the journey…as we discover the “Treasure” within each of us.
