This year’s Women in the Workplace study shows corporate America is overlooking women. Only half of companies are prioritizing women’s career advancement, part of a trend in declining commitment to gender diversity. And for the first time, women are notably less interested in being promoted than men, a gap that closes when women receive the same career support that men do.

Our Circles for Companies program is designed to provide women with the leadership skills and peer mentorship they need to excel; while 100 Ways to Fight bias teaches all employees how to interrupt the biases that women experience at work.

Lifting up the next generation
Lean In Girls teaches girls to embrace their leadership superpowers and reject limiting stereotypes about what girls can’t do.
