For our Honeymoon, we visited the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico.  We stayed at a resort about 30 minutes South of Cancun, in Riviera Maya, Mexico.  The ocean, err Caribbean Sea, was absolutely gorgeous!!  Blues, teals, greens…my favorite!  We took a day to visit the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza, which was amazing!   Here are a few pics from the trip!

{ June 5, 2010 } was the most wonderful day!  I married my college sweetheart and best friend. 😀  Everything turned out beautifully (minus the 90-degree heat) for our gazebo ceremony overlooking hills and a pond.  We even got our “good luck rain”…a whole 10 minutes worth, haha!  Below are some photos my aunt took.

These are 2 solargraph photographs I did with my homemade pinhole cameras.  Solargraphs are photographs of the sun’s solar trails as the sun moves across the sky.  These cameras were exposing photographic paper for 2 months in Warrensburg, MO.  I’m happy with the results!  I’m going to be doing more soon.

This first picture didn’t get the sky, but it did capture the sun’s trails in the puddle and on the cars!

This next one was also done in Warrensburg, and it got a fabulous photograph of the sky!
