Here are some terms and conditions. Do take the time to read it. We will assume that our customers have read through our terms and conditions when they confirm their orders with us.

Meanwhile, we hope to bring the best products and services to everyone at KoShop.

General

1) Display of the product’s colour may be a little different due to the monitor settings and the measurement of the products may vary by a few cm. Thus we are not warrant for the description of the product given by the supplier.

2) We reserve the rights to cancel any orders if called for.

3) We will not be responsible if the merchant send us wrong/defective items.

4) Out of stock (OOS) items will be refunded after the items arrive.

Ordering and Payment

1) No payment = no order.

Payments are to be made after the order.

Orders will be cancelled if we do not receive your payment.

2) Strictly no dead buyers (payment not done after order made).

3) Items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after payment.

4) Cancellations of orders are not allowed once payment is done.

5) Payment of items is to be made via ATM or iBanking.

6) An invoice will be sent out within 2 working days of payment.

Delivery

7) We will not hold any responsibility for items lost/damaged during the delivery.

8 ) Delivery of the spree items will take about 2-3 weeks.

9) There will not be any meet-ups for delivery of items.
