In the biggest and most politically-explosive investigation in more than a decade, an investigation that has obvious national security implications, alleged cyber-espionage by a hostile foreign power, alleged collusion and treason by high-ranking officials, the possible impeachment of a sitting president, and yet, the FBI has not yet secured or examined the DNC servers that may or may not provide compelling forensic evidence of cyber-intrusion by Russia? Isn’t it curious Mueller’s legal dream team of 25 (including support staff) has only one lawyer versed in foreign-government influence of elections?

The reason the FBI never insisted on examining the DNC servers, is because they knew the narrative is and was bogus from the start. Russia didn’t hack anything, it was only a diversion. Conjured up on-the-fly to keep Hillary’s bandwagon from going down in flames. Think about how much was at stake. Hillary was to protect their monopoly. Big Government. Globalism. Open-Borders. Climate-Change. Trade Deals. Cheap Labor. Pay-to-play schemes – all funneled through the Clinton Foundation. All of it on the line. Oh, and why was the Federal Bureau of Matters never given access to the DNC computers?

And, all of a sudden, like a flock of birds or a school of fish, the biased media has gone silent on RussiaGate. “Russiagate” is a fantasy cooked-up by the DNC brass, Clinton machine, and deep-state actors to inflict as much damage as possible on a Trump presidency. The DNC computers weren’t hacked. Someone within the DNC leaked the information to Wikileaks. And, why would the FBI accept the analysis of some flunky organization that no one has ever heard of before (Crowdstrike)?

How did a shady family from Pakistan with ties to the Muslim Brotherhood get such powerful access to the American government and get millions in fees? And what about AG Lynch (alias ‘Elizabeth Carlisle’ in emails) & Bill Clinton’s secret meeting on the tarmac where Obama’s FBI and DOJ said documents didn’t exist, yet, turns out, a year later, hundreds of redacted documents related to the meeting do exist. Everything leads back to the Clinton’s State Dep’t and the Obama Administration. And what about the secret handshakes, institutionalized treason, sedition surrounding DC’s circle of power:

The new FBI Director, Christopher Wray, has his hands full; including figuring out which ‘agency superiors’ obstructed prior investigation(s) by honorable rank and file agents. To drain the swamp, Trump has to permanently separate the Uniparty (R & D’s) from their profiteering schemes, power structures and its global apparatus. To do so, requires unwinding the web of financial, corruption, terrorism, and white collar crimes. The Uniparty knows this. It is why Republicans don’t defend Trump. It’s why Democrats want to impeach him. It’s also why Trump is beating the grass to startle the snakes.

Count me as one who thinks Special Council Mueller, under the guise of investigating Russia, is actually investigating the Clinton and Obama tentacles. Don’t believe the Washington Post and New York Times. They are in bed with the Intelligence Community (IC). There are wide-scale scheme(s) spanning both political parties, media complex, deep-state, globalists, Democrats, NeoCons, K-street bagmen, career bureaucrats, elected officials, etc., all hoping to derail the Trump agenda.

After bowing-out of TPP and Paris Accord, the UniParty’s most prized possession is on the chopping block: NAFTA. It’s where corporate lobbyists, multinationals and the governing class, in alliance with the financial elites of its trading partners, paved the way for the decades-long neoliberal agenda of lost jobs, lower-wages and the upward redistribution of income, wealth and political power. After frontman Marco Rubio voted for the Gang of 8 bill, he received a $3 million windfall. The UniParty wants to stop Trump’s pathway of untangling NAFTA. Big business and Mega-donor influence-peddling slows if the NAFTA spigot is turned off. The NAFTA Renegotiations began August 16.

Put all together, both parties, and their bag men, are on the brink of being neutralized.  It is why the Establishment (black hats) needed Hillary to win. Billions of dollars at stake. The bread and butter of the UniParty; the wide-scale influence peddling, voter-fraud, global trade deals, inside-trading, cheap-labor and climate schemes, and the powerful Establishment apparatus are about to get exposed. Yes, add NAFTA to the list of why the UniParty is trying to obstruct and slow-down the Trump agenda.

But, Trump has the winning hand. He’s just not ready to play it yet. I refer you to this short article for background. As it relates to the unmasking, there is a criminal syndicate at work, all leading to the Clinton’s and Obama’s. After years of orchestrated deceit, Trump is seeking to systematically remove the entrenched hands that feed the politicians by removing the profiteers, corporate lobbyist, and the bagmen that feed them. Read that sentence again. After NAFTA is dismantled, Trump will rinse and repeat with the ‘big Pharma’ influence peddlers. Trump is going after their pot of gold.

Meanwhile, between Mueller and DOJ, there are likely multiple, separate and parallel investigations going on. Rosenstein’s letter authorizes inquiry into matters “arising from” the investigation and any efforts to obstruct justice. It’s notable that any investigation involving obstruction of justice would need to exclude the act of Comey’s firing because that would require Mueller and Rosenstein’s recusal due to their personal relationships. Its highly likely then, the DOJ concluded the act of a President firing an FBI Director, or requesting the investigation to be terminated, doesn’t constitute obstruction.

Of note, is the relatively nebulous arrest charge [home equity loan fraud] to stop Imran Awan from fleeing the country. Its degree of swiftness suggests a grand jury was already empaneled. And, the rapid speed at which this news vanished the normal media-reporting cycle sounds alarms. Consider too, it was ‘Congressman’ Anthony Weiner who originally signed-off on Awan’s VISA application, before being shuffled-off, with no security clearances, to then DNC Chair Wasserman-Schultz and 30 members of congress, all Democrats. So, is it not quizzical then, that “bankrupt” Awan, a low-level IT staffer, winds-up with a high-priced Clinton attorney to defend him for the Democrats?

Investigating is one thing, prosecuting and punishment is another. Standards of evidence and proof of guilt of federal crimes require a precise chain of events and actions for which there is reliable evidence that will stand up in federal court, i.e., evidence that will persuade a jury or federal judge and that can withstand cross-examination and the inquiries of experts hired by the defense. The new Trump DOJ, will see that the guilty come to justice. Ironclad criminal indictments simply take time.

It is noteworthy, that the Special Counsel Mueller legal veterans and workhorses assembled at face value embody specializations in virtually every aspect of law that might be used against a criminal organization (RICO), though with notably few mentions of anyone specialized in election law or in prosecuting or investigating interactions with foreign governments, with an exception or two. The only crimes committed have been by those who illegally unmasked US citizens and are ‘leaking’ false or classified intelligence to liberal news outlets. To identify leakers, Team Trump has sprung canary traps.

If justice no longer matters in America, there is no America left to defend. We should take as a given that all self-aggrandising, and almost totally indifferent to the well-being of their constituents, political leaders will continue to pursue their own power and wealth, at the expense of their citizenries. The remaining question then, is why is no one going-after the Clintons for their obvious and rampant corruption and collusion? Or Obama’s puppets? They are. But it won’t be televised. And, AG Sessions now has publicly declared the ‘leaks’ as a national security threat.

On its surface, the corruption of the Obama and Clinton regimes knows no bounds. From the White House to the State Department, from the IRS to the EPA, from the FBI to the DOJ, they ALL were corrupt. Trump is still weeding through the swamp. I know what you are thinking. We own the Executive branch. We own the Justice Dep’t. We own both Houses of Congress. Drain the Swamp! Indeed, he will… and it’s a real rarity to encounter a political leader in Mr. Trump who does not fit the same ‘business as usual’ mold.

In a notable twist, after President Trump fired James Comey, Mueller was actually interviewed for the role again of FBI director by President Trump himself in a little-reported meeting literally the day before he was appointed as Special Counsel. If Team Trump is going to lay the smackdown, it will be with shock & awe. In this plot’s final script, we will be witnessing, at a time and place of choosing by Trump, Sessions and Wray, the biggest shit-show on the planet. Trump is going to drain the imperial swamp of Washington. And Mueller, Sessions and Rosenstein will help him do it.

Remember when Clapper told us that Trump was not under investigation. Or when Comey told us. Or when Trump himself told us. The only crimes committed have been by Obama deep state left-overs in our intelligence agencies who are illegally unmasking American citizens and ‘leaking’ false or classified intelligence reports to liberal news outlets. Trump doesn’t want to fire Mueller. He doesn’t want to fire Sessions. It’s all theater.

Why? Because there are other things at play. Soon to happen. How soon? When the time is right. Trump has something up his sleeve and it doesn’t bode will for the bad guys. These media and leftists fools fail to realize, a wise leader never divulges his strategy to his enemies. But, Trump is beating the grass to startle the snakes. And those startled snakes will not be Trump and his associates.

First, lets talk about Mueller. Mueller has not described the scope of what his team will examine, has examined, or is examining. The scope of his investigation can turn basically whichever direction he sees fit with only little oversight from the DOJ that appointed him.  The only subject mentioned in Rosenstein’s appointment letter is collusion between the Russian government and the Trump campaign. But the letter also authorizes inquiry into matters “arising from” the investigation and any efforts to obstruct justice.

And, if one looks at the exact makeup that is the Mueller Team of 25 (including support), it is interesting that only one person has notable experience in the influence of foreign governments on elections, the 2016 election in particular. And despite the jackals at the NYTimes and Washington Post working in collusion with the deep-state, DNC, globalist and the Clinton Crime Syndicate, are we to believe that this Mueller investigation is only zeroing in on a Democrat-orchestrated narrative of Mr. Trump and his associates?

It’s almost as if Mueller staffed-up to go after an international crime ring with financial ties to foreign or terrorist organizations, not campaign collusion interference. The Russian narrative is a badly-scripted propaganda Psychological Operation (PSYOP), and it is unraveling. The important question is why does a team assembled under the mandate to investigate foreign influence in the 2016 elections seem to be less of a panel of election law experts and more of a legal hit team assembled to tear to pieces an international crime ring stuffed to the brim with expertise in financial, corruption, terrorism, and white collar crimes?

The longstanding DOJ norm is not to go public with the details of open or closed investigations. Real investigations are not public. When President Trump moves his chess pieces on the board. He tells no one. Just as AG Sessions won’t go public with probable cause to indict a criminal suspect until evidence leading to that indictment is found and presented (likely) by a grand jury legally convened and sworn. Trump is making frustrated noises about Sessions and Mueller as misdirection of what Sessions and Mueller’s team is actually investigating (and they are supporting that misdirection effort with fake leaks about going after Trump’s finances, etc.).

Trump has no plans to fire AG Sessions. Trump is distancing himself from Sessions so when Sessions drops the hammer it doesn’t look like Trump influenced the decision. Mr. Trump wants the Democrats, and by default, their colluding media, ‘on record’ supporting Sessions. Just as the left made Comey out to be beyond corruption after Trump fired him, even though weeks before they were calling for his head-on-a-pike. They are falling into the same trap with Sessions, and predictably, the leftist and UniParty have started defending Sessions, like Minority Leader Schumer did July 25th and Lyndsey Graham did on July 28th, and others.

Trump’s mental gymnastics and tactical instruments can be best described as Sun Tzu’s “The Art of War,” the Chinese classic, studied since ancient times, and the world’s seminal guide to political and military strategy. You see this mentality by Trump in everything… He plans out his strategy, designed to win, and then goes about quietly implementing his strategy, while keeping a winning attitude. Even when his initial move ‘appears’ to be a failure, Trump designs it for end-game success.

Trump produces a reflexive reaction to the confused political class and biased media complex, accustomed to checkers-players, not the outmaneuvering of the chess-player.  The lessons Trump’s learned from “The Art of War” include:

Deception: “Even though you are competent, appear incompetent. Though effective, appear ineffective.”

Secrecy: “The business of the general is quiet and secret… His plans are calm and deeply hidden, so no one can figure them out… secrecy and misdirection are essential arts.”

Surprise: “The advantages of unexpectedness… The element of surprise, so important for victory… depends on knowing others while being unknown to others.”

Subtlety: “Be extremely subtle… Thereby you can be the director of the opponent’s fate.”

Flexibility: “[T]he keys to victory are adaptability and inscrutability.”

The only visible illegal activity is the illegal ‘leaking’ of classified intelligence information. If there was any evidence of collusion with Russia, the Obama deep state left-overs would have leaked it by now. Those doubting Sessions will be hailing him as a hero and patriot, in short order. Until then, Trump is giving Sessions cover.  It’s all a ruse to throw the media, leakers, Clinton’s, adversaries, DC rats, criminals and Obama’s thugs off their scent. I sense we’re going to witness something big.

The removal of Mueller or Sessions would set-off a chain of events that would hurt Trump severely. Don’t be fooled by the foolhardy. The Sessions attacks are an intentional distraction for the left. Trump is setting-up another red herring for the media. There’s a chess move in play. Just can’t see it yet. The hammer will come down all at once. And, no one will see it coming. But it is coming.

I like Donald Trump. He is an accomplished businessman. Budgets have meaning to him. They don’t to politicians. He is an outsider. Trump shakes things up in ways no other GOP-er does. I’m looking for someone who will restore the Republic. That requires combating the current political establishment at a level that they have never seen before.

I am not looking for a purist. Or a preacher. I do not support Trump because he agrees with my theology. I support him because he promises to build a wall, secure the border and enforce our immigration laws ensuring that we can survive as a nation. He has strength and commitment to our country in Making America Great Again.

He holds most, if not all, of the important positions a conservative should hold. He would be the most able candidate to push a pragmatic conservative agenda through the gauntlet of media and establishment power structures. Trump makes heads explode from everyone I personally detest. He is not owned by the donor class. I believe he is the most electable in a general election.

Trump has hi-stakes deal-making acumen, name-recognition, and freedom from rich-donors to accomplish the goal of dismantling the incompetent, self-serving, party establishments. Trump disrupts the DC apparatus plan of forcing Obamacare, Common Core, Obamatrade and Amnesty on America: the four primary goals of Marxist Globalist.

Trump draws broad support across ideological platforms and from multiple parts of the electorate combining traditional GOP voters (conservatives, Tea Party, pro-business, libertarian) with millions of non-traditional GOP voters (working class, union members, middle class) and Blue Dog Democrats, Reagan Democrats and Independents. Only Trump brings out non-voters.

Trump can win Blacks/Latinos. He has more support among hispanic voters today in Florida than amnesty-pushers Bush and Rubio combined. Trump would scramble the deck in a general election and overperform with black voters, a constituency that Democrats rely on so heavily that a small change in polling in a place like Ohio can hand the election to the GOP.

A pathetic group of infested Globalist habitat Washington pushing their Marxist agenda of open-borders, cheap-labor, amnesty, more H-1B visas, and unfiltered foreign invasion. Trumps main campaign stands are patriotic & nationalist; Economy, jobs, trade, security, American: reversing the slow-motion disintegration of the working-class life in America.

The grassroots is at war with DC control freaks who have mastered the art of corruption, demagoguery and betrayal. This election is not about ideology. It’s about The Establishment v The People. Nationalist v Globalist. Incumbent v Outsider. Insurgency v Status quo. Socialism v Capitalism. Lawbreaker v Law-Abider. Freedom v Control. Trump is the only true anti-Establishment candidate.

AJ Delgado from Breitbart News pens a nice article that sums up Trumps appeal titled: “20 Reasons Why It Should Be Donald Trump in 2016.” AJ writes: “shifting America back on course requires Donald Trump as the Republican nominee.” The populist Trump will bring American citizens from all walks-of-life together under a pragmatic conservative policy umbrella. Proof was in NH primary.

As President, Donald Trump wants to:

1. Build a strong and feared military
2. Stop the mistreatment of our veterans
3. Support our law enforcement agencies
4. Negotiate new worldwide trade deals and fair trade
5. Close our borders and tighten control over who comes into America
6. Keep America safe from those who want to kill us; not afraid to name Radical Islam
7. Spread the pro-life message; defend Christianity and all legitimate religions
8. Institute an effective taxing plan; providing opportunities for America’s recovery
9. Deal with the world from a position of strength and regain respect
10. Eliminate Common Core; Eliminate DoEd; make education local
11. Repeal and replace Obamacare with private plans in a vibrant competitive market
12. Defend the Second Amendment and the whole Constitution
13. Bring the message of conservatism to all Americans regardless of race and ethnicity

“Moving the goal posts” is a verbal gymnastic trick Trump’s attackers and the GOP Establishment have borrowed from the progressive Left. Accomplishing several of the above, would satisfy the most rational of people, except right-wing ‘purity’ voters. For naysayers, watch this. Then go read Trump’s 2011 book “Time To Get Tough”.

Trump grew up in a military school where he was taught American values and saluted the flag as it was raised in the morning and lowered in the evening. With a background like his you learn early in life to love America for all its majestic beauty and glory. Trump will both be restrained by and cherish the constitution and American tradition.

Refresher: Rubio’s Trail and Amnesty Deception

From the start, the Immigration bill S.744 was constructed to deceive the public. And, did a good job of creating the false illusion of greater security. But Rubio’s claim of enforcement ‘triggers’ was a dishonest argument. His amnesty scheme was chock full of deception with many behind the scene maneuvers all designed to obfuscate truth. The bill made America less safe, not more.

Rubio’s scheme allowed illegal aliens to be legalized immediately. All at a huge cost to the US taxpayer [Note] and sovereignty of our nation. Like Obamacare, the legislation was crafted behind closed doors with pro-amnesty lobbyists, unions, immigration lawyers, and Progressive groups like La Raza and AFL-CIO representing illegal aliens. Groups that stood to make millions from this legislation.

The Gang of Eight prohibited anyone with a significantly different opinion on immigration reform from providing input. Law enforcement: border sheriffs, interior sheriffs, deputies and immigration agents, and the ICE Union President were all locked out of discussions.

The ‘de facto’ leader of the Gang of Eight and public face of immigration reform in the Senate leading the charge was Marco Rubio. Every gang needs a leader. His task was to convince conservatives and TV and radio talking heads that Obama’s second-to-be signature achievement was both bipartisan and good for America.

Introduction

The Gang of 8 Amnesty scheme was Obamacare Part Deux. Seemingly sexy slogans. Rubio is a smooth talker. Watch this video as he shimmies his way through. Like Obamacare, it’s was all or nothing; several bills tied into one. The Bill was huge, complex and progressive. It was designed to serve politicians. Rubio made many false claims, illusionary promises, cons and lies. This speech exemplifies Rubio’s deception.

Rubio’s “media offensive” con-tour started by trying to sell the idea his bill wouldn’t give amnesty when, in fact, it was instant Amnesty. The term “Comprehensive Immigration Reform” (“CIR”) is a euphemism for an illegal alien amnesty and S.744, the 1,076-page bill he helped write, ripped up the Constitution for a falsely-framed EARNESTY RAINBOW.

To understand Rubio, you have to understand his Chief of Staff; a man by the name of Cesar Conda. Who is Cesar Conda?  He’s a pro-amnesty immigration lawyer, who once worked as a DC lobbyist for the Association of Immigration Lawyers [video], mutual friend and close associate of fellow amnesty pusher Grover Norquist, who together have carried out their three-decade long Amnesty Jihad. Like Norquist, the amnesty pushers on the left like Cesar Conda.

Norquist, a corporate lobbyist and co-founder of the Islamic Institute, has had ties to CAIR, radical Islam, known terrorist financiers and unsavory relationships with Muslim activist for years. This video warrants particular scrutiny of Norquist, who actively promotes and advances the Islamic agenda. These are Norquist’s bedfellows; it’s why he actively petitioned support for the “Ground Zero Mosque” and it’s why he is very active in “Muslim outreach.”

Norquist is on the Advisory Board of The Hispanic Leadership Fund, member of the Council on Foreign Relations [CFR], Founder of Americans for Tax Reform [ATR] and good pal of felon Jack Abramoff and GOP stooge Karl Rove whose Crossroads GPS group has been a major donor to Norquist’s fund. Secret emails exclusively obtained by Breitbart News show the libertarian Cato Institute, Norquist’s ATR, and Rubio colluding on immigration reform “messaging” after the Boston Marathon bombing.

And, then there is Norquist’s lobbying on behalf of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Norquist’s primary interest in DC is Norquist. For his part, he is hitting the media trail attempting to combat what he calls the “bitter enders” who oppose the bill by trying to counteract the effect of “a handful of radio talk-show hosts who talk loudly.” Also assisting Rubio, Conda and Norquist in their Amnesty scheme is the Southern Poverty Law Center [SPLC], a Soros-backed group. SPLC’s history.

Cesar Conda sat on the Editorial Advisory Board with George Soros of the publication, The International Economy Magazine. He also actively worked to promote and advance Judge Sotomayor’s nomination. Conda was a lobbyist for the powerhouse private prisons GEO Group who supported open borders and government money for incarcerated illegal aliens. He also lobbied for the US Chamber of Commerce, who supports the Gang of Eight Amnesty bill. His paw prints also extend to the expensive bank bailouts, something Rubio claims he was against.

Conda is a domestic policy wonk. His government experience runs deep. In fact, Conda has weaved and bobbed between so many roles in Washington he was included in Roll Call’s “Fabulous Fifty” list of top congressional aides. He undertook policy roles spanning the 1996 Dole-Kemp to Mitt Romney’s 2008 Presidential Campaigns. Both Conda and Norquist worked together to destroy prop 187 in California in the 1990’s.

But, what also sets Rubio’s office apart is Cesar Conda’s supposed continued ties, major abuse of power, and financial relationship with his lobbying firm, Navigators Global. Navigators clients included GlaxoSmithKline, AT&T, Visa and Citigroup, which got $45 billion under the bank bailout. Rubio’s ties to K-Street are extensive. His deputy chief of staff, Sally Canfield, is a former lobbyist for Sanofi-Aventis, a French drug company.

And, from 1997 to 2005 Rubio himself, was a lobbyist. Consider what one of his most vocal critics said about him here, which likely put a halt to Romney selecting Rubio as VP candidate. Consider: City commissioner, lawyer, lobbyist, one-time GOP Party of Florida American Express card holder, top-echelon House leader and, ultimately, House Speaker, oh and Jeb Bush water boy. Florida is a politically corrupt state. From 2000 to 2010, there were 781 federal convictions on corruption charges. That’s an average of one every five days for 10 straight years.

Like Conda, Rubio has amnesty as a core belief. He is John McCain with an ‘accent’; and without a military record of crashing planes. His past record is relevant. All you have to do is look at history. This page provides history of the efforts of Floridians to enact immigration enforcement legislation in the 2008 Florida Legislative Session. All legislative results were thwarted, at the time, by House Speaker Marco Rubio.

Rubio stalled and “blocked” all enforcement bills in Florida stating: “There is nothing the state of Florida can do unilaterally to solve global warming. And there is nothing we can do unilaterally to solve immigration.” Rep. Juan Zapata, R-Miami and Miami Rep. David Rivera, the son of Cuban exiles, usually ran anti-enforcement interference for Rubio in the Florida House.

But there were other legislative matters. Rubio pushed for free in-state tuition for illegal aliens on Florida taxpayers dime. He fought to allow a “self pay” (no insurance) for medical care without the hospital collecting a balance on the hospital billing; while prohibiting the hospital from pursuing civil remedies. This would serve illegal aliens by protecting them from detection. And he made an attempt to keep all “working papers” (such as dead bills) from seeing the light of day to the public.

Rubio’s Amnesty Scheme

Rubio’s shenanigans started with the ‘deceptive messaging’ of ‘de facto’ amnesty. As Front Page Mag points out, there’s a big difference between not fully enforcing the law & legalizing a crime. Just as there is a difference between not arresting a drug dealer and legalizing heroin. A lack of proper enforcement is not ‘de facto’ amnesty. Its lack of enforcement. Amnesty is legalization. The bill was a cocktail of lawlessness, executive discretion, and legalistic trickery crafted by the organized, open-borders left.

Its fake provisions in S.744 are outlined here. Sadly, Rubio was PIMPING his ‘de facto Amnesty’ scheme on all TV and radio shows including Univision and Telemundo. He was featured in this TV ad  which was run on Fox News as part of a $300,000 ad buy bought by The American Action Network, a group founded by former Sen. Norm Coleman and GOP donor and long-time activist Fred Malek. Two cafeteria Republicans.

And, this ad was from Mark Zuckerberg’s new “FWD.us” group; which drew scrutiny, even from Factcheck.org. Zuckerberg had a similar group making similar ads for liberal audiences. The advisory board of the shell “conservative” group included Haley Barbour, former lobbyist for the government of Mexico, and several people linked to the ‘open border’ Bush family; Sally Bradshaw, former chief of staff to Jeb Bush; and Dan Senor and Joel Kaplan, former W. Bush advisers.

When it came to pushing illegal alien amnesty, Senate bill S.744, Rubio spun words like a North Eastern Liberal. This wasn’t just amnesty. It’s was INSTANT AMNESTY. The massive implications of millions of foriegn invaders being pumped into the electorate was and is detrimental. Rubio was complicit in actively assisting the Democrats in their biggest voter registration drive in history; 30 million illegal aliens is enough to create some 50 new congressional districts – primarily Democrat.

Rubio’s “messaging” was falsely advertised as a comprehensive reform to secure the border and strengthen the immigration laws before allowing legalization. This was a blatant lie. Was Rubio lying in 2010 also? There were warnings signs of being Corrupted. Rubio was gift wrapping amnesty for Obama with the deliberate intent to deceive conservatives and Tea Partiers. Consider, who else would throw a rally for Rubio in support of the S.744 bill at Rubio Headquaters? Yes, Barack Obama.

No Republican should use Obama’s malevolence as a baseline from which to craft public policy. Rubio was forcing Republicans to spend the next two decades arguing why poor Hispanic children shouldn’t have access to government benefits. Amnesty made as much sense as rewarding a burglar with the stolen jewels. If you REWARD a criminal with his ill-gotten goods, expect more crime.

The much-ballyhooed “triggers” Rubio pushed didn’t come into play until after illegal aliens were given the ability to obtain legal status to live and work in the US. The bill was a lethal mix of legalistic trickery with on-off-switches that bureaucrats could flip at executive discretion. The bi-partisnan Center for Immigration Studies, went as far as to say the penalties and enforcement provisions were ‘fake’.

In this video, Rubio pretends the states will enforce immigration laws. But on page 496, the bill explicitly preempted states from enforcing immigration laws. Rubio’s con game had no end. He said illegals would have to ‘get in line’. Guess what?  The line was 19 years long. To clear it in ten years required doubling the number of legal immigrants. And in Rubio’s scheme, the number of H1-B visas expanded more than two-fold.

The language of the bill didn’t come close to what Rubio says. Practically every Rubio claim was empty. The comprehensive effects from chain migration alone would bury the Republic. The bill established a New Americans Task Force charged with ensuring that federal programs “adequately address” the healthcare, education, and job training needs of new immigrants (Sec. 2524).

Once illegals gained provisional legal status, which was immediately, they’d qualify for in-state tuition rates at public colleges, a subsidy funded by taxpayers (Sec. 2245D(d)). And even worse for fiscal conservatives, virtually all funding was classified “emergency” under the Statutory ‘Pay As You Go Act’ of 2010. Government Spending on food stamps, Head Start, welfare, housing subsidies, Social Security, Medicaid, unemployment insurance and other benefits would have expanded, unlimited.

Rubio’s scheme would have added an additional 33 million permanent workers via amnesty and future immigration in the first decade alone. Thirty three million is the equivalent of the top 20 most populated cities in the US. Fortunately, Sen. Sessions had uncovered a slick loophole that provided illegal aliens with guaranteed access to all welfare and entitlement programs. Oh, and Rubio’s scheme called for: a national biometric database on all adult Americans, not just the invaders. All this was what the media was not telling you.

And the Fox News channel was being deceitful as well. Senator’s McCain, Rubio and Graham had discussions with “top hosts” at Fox, including Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity and Neil Cavuto, to get them to be “relatively sympathetic to the Gang’s proposed bill.” The New Yorker quoted McCain as saying that News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch and Fox News chairman Roger Ailes are and were big advocates of immigration reform.  So now you know.

But, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. And Rubio stumbled. As fake conservative Tea Party Groups sprung up in Tampa and West Orlando, Florida in support of Rubio-Schumer’s plan, Rubio’s manipulation and deception marched on, promoting a ‘fake’ 2X border fencing security amendment. But Rubio’s fake amendment was already law, mandated seven [7] years ago, in The Secure Fence Act of 2006.

Closing 

In the end, the Senate’s Gang of 8 immigration bill, S.744 passed, and Marco Rubio had done what Ted Kennedy had failed to do for three decades in the Senate: pass Amnesty. Let that sink in. And, if all that was not enough, after S.744 passed, Marco Rubio reaped a $3 Million windfall from Mega Donors into his coffers, clearly rewarding Rubio for his efforts and achievement.

Almost immediately upon the Senate bill passing, Rubio pivoted, and embarked on a disingenuous crusade sponsoring legislation to prohibit abortions after the 20th week of pregnancy. Clearly an intent to  ‘misdirect.’ By then, the conservative voters knew Rubio had sold-out. Who could trust him. He repeatedly lied. He worked with Obama’s White House with daily and weekly conference calls.

In his grand scheme, Rubio presented himself as having conservative values. Anyone who supports amnesty is NOT conservative. And, immigration reform is not a single issue.  It is apparent Marco Rubio is a fraud. A man not to be trusted. Morally vacant. Sold to the highest bidder. He happily received his thirty pieces of silver. He betrayed conservatives. He can never be trusted at his word on ANYTHING again.

Proof positive this guy was and is still being bought and will be for sale at a price. What will his going price be for betraying his fellow countrymen be in 2016? Politicians like Marco Rubio are exactly why conservatives can’t take anything Republicans say at face value. If you don’t have a problem with what you just read, you’re part of the problem.

A short refresher on Saul Alinsky and Cloward Piven…

Saul David Alinsky was an American community organizer, writer and a committed Marxist. He is generally considered to be the founder of modern community organizing and worked hard to implement social justice — as he understood it. He believed that the ends justified the means.

Alinsky helped establish the dual political tactics of confrontation and infiltration. In the Alinsky model, “organizing” is a euphemism for “revolution.” Through a process combining hope and resentment, the organizer tries to create a “mass army.” He’s noted for his book Rules for Radicals. As you read this, you should observe the events that have played themselves out.

This plan was not enumerated in Alinsky’s book, but Alinsky inspired two radical Columbia University sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven to devise the “Cloward-Piven Strategy.” According to Alinsky-inspired methods, there are 8 levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a Social state.

The first is the most important. All eight rules are currently in play:

• Healthcare – Control healthcare and you control the people
• Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)
• Gun Control– Remove ability to defend oneself from the Government, creating a police state
• Education – Take control of what people read and listen to –  what children learn in school
• Religion – Remove belief in God from Government and schools. Tear down Christian values
• Debt – Increase debt to an unsustainable level. Leading to increased taxes, and more poverty
• Poverty – Increase Poverty; the poor are easier to control when given basic necessities to live
• Class Warfare – Divide people into wealthy and poor. This will cause more discontent. It will be easier to take (tax) the wealthy with the support (redistribute) of the addicted to welfare poor.

Alinsky simplified Lenin’s original scheme for world conquest by communism, under Russian rule. Stalin described his converts as “useful idiots”. The “useful idiots” have destroyed every nation in which they have seized power, and it is happening now at an alarming rate in the US.

Winning was all that mattered in Alinsky’s strategic calculus. The ends justifies the means. There are no rules of fair play. Conflict and Controversy. Alinsky relished it as a way to achieve power, stating: “First rule of change is controversy. Change means movement, and movement means friction, and friction means heat, and heat means controversy.”

The border surge of foreign invaders, illegal aliens, executive amnesty, VA scandal, IRS targeting, Obamacare, insurance cancellations, ebola fears, Ferguson riots, foreign conflict, jobless economy, expanding welfare rolls, attack on Christian values, terrorist threats, gun-control, snubbing allies, all examples of orchestrated conflict and controversy.

But, it is the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” that is the blueprint for the Left’s most ambitious campaigns. The “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands. Obama’s Executive amnesty is “Cloward-Piven on steroids” and the latest use of the strategy to fundamentally change America.

It is a strategy for forcing political change through manufactured and orchestrated crises. Its approach calls for swamping welfare rolls with new applicants – more than the system could bear – pushing society into financial, social chaos and economic collapse. The Cloward-Piven Strategy is the overall strategic design. Alinsky’s techniques are the tactics. Its goals:

• Destruction of middle class, economy through ‘bailouts & stimulus’ under ruse of ‘revitalizing”
• Expansion of federal powers over states and individuals
• Discrediting our founding fathers and the constitution
• Complete control over the media/message
• Domination of fund-raising for political campaigns
• Expansion of the powers of the Executive branch
• Evisceration of the military in a slow, methodical manner
• Strategically planned ‘crises’ involving foreign policy, the economy, and military affairs
• Increasing our vulnerability to attack
• Promoting social unrest and violence

Obama’s revolution-blended Alinsky concepts includes an avalanche of misinformation and threats: a virtual blizzard of emotion, deception, intimidation, derisiveness, and extremely confusing messages. This is designed to confuse, deflate, exploit, to hide the true agenda. A lot of fires are lit with seemingly no pattern. Its all part of Alinsky neo-Marxist agitation methods.

Change will come from actions ‘buried’ in Executive Orders, unrelated budget appropriations bills, ‘new regulations and agency mandates’. Each offensive will find an ample pool of foot soldier recruits willing to advance the task of agitating, rubbing resentments, fanning hostilities, in pursuit of its radical agenda. Obama wants you to feel agitated, frustrated, defeated.

Saul Alinsky’s worldview was thoroughly steeped in the socialist left’s collective. He was a ruthless radical organizer. Obama’s foot soldiers are ruthless organizers, often union-trained and indoctrinated. They stop at nothing to win. Their insidious nature is bent on destroying America, capitalism and the very foundations and principles of our great Founding Founders.

Obama does not want unity.  He wants division. Progressive ideology is built upon deceit and deception. True revolutionaries do not flaunt their radicalism, Alinsky taught. They cut their hair, put on suits and infiltrate the system from within. It’s all going according to plan.

It’s time to take some serious inventory. McConnell is a disgrace. A Republican majority in the Senate with him as Majority Leader would be utterly worthless. Just look at the last five years. Being anti-establishment does not mean blindly opposing any incumbent. But, McConnell is clearly not well-liked in Kentucky. He has an unfavorable rating of 61%. His approval rating is 32%. Two points lower than Obamacare. The way he won reelection in 2008 was by running $21M worth of relentlessly negative ads against his opponent. He can only win by burning down the building.

Dewhurst, like McConnell, was known by everyone in Texas. He had a lot more money than his challenger Ted Cruz, and enjoyed the solid support of most elected state-wide Republicans, including Rick Perry. Yet Dewhurst still lost because conservative voters didn’t trust him and Cruz was a plausible alternative.

Fast forward to today. Similarly, conservative voters do not trust McConnell and Bevin is a plausible alternative. Karl Rove is financing McConnell’s campaign efforts. They both hate you. They will lie to you. And, they’ll spend $20M doing so; $10M of $20M  has been spent. And yet, McConnell’s favorable rating is still stuck at 32%.

According to Cook’s analysis of all 2014 Senate races, McConnell is the only Republican incumbent in danger of losing to a Democrat this year. McConnell has been in office 30 years. That is about how long a good varnish would last. And, McConnell still has nothing positive to run on:

• voted for Wall Street bailouts
• voted to let Harry Reid fund ObamaCare
•  voted with Barbara Boxer to restrict gun sales
• voted for the fiscal cliff tax hike 
• voted to increase the Federal Minimum Wage
• refused to campaign against Harry Reid in 2010.
• called the passage of TARP, “Senate at its finest.” 
• requested stimulus funds from Obama at least a dozen times
• voted for massive new subsidies and regulations: the omnibus energy bill 
• voted for one of the most anti-civil liberties legislation in a generation; Patriot Act
• called Medicare Part D, “the most important social legislation … in my memory.”
• sought a grant for a biofuel plant as he mocked Obama for the idea
• expanded the Energy Department’s authorization: voted for the light-bulb ban
• recommended the judge who forced gay marriage & overturned the ban on partial-birth abortions

This is our Republican leader. McConnell voted for the original amnesty in 1986. Co-sponsored amnesty in 2000. Voted for amnesty in 2006. Went into hiding during the Gang of Eight amnesty debacle. And, will push for Amnesty if reelected this year. It is time ‘twitter conservatives’ play a more active role in election campaigns outside social media.

It’s very possible that Mitch McConnell is going to lose his office one way or the other. Either in the May 20 primary or the general election. Kentucky has “McConnell fatigue.”

McConnell’ unfavorable rating tops 61%. Barack Obama’s favorable rating in Kentucky is two points higher than McConnell’s. McConnell has a rock-bottom 32% favorable rating. When Obama is more popular than McConnell in his own home state, Mitch has big problems. He is not liked.

And, there are reasons for that. McConnell is an unworthy leader. He is a coward, bully and a hypocrite. Everything Matt Bevin is not. And, his tasteless attacks on Mr. Bevin’s daughters is just one more example. For Tea Party conservatives, the national ramifications for a McConnell defeat are huge. 

If there is one individual who represents the face of the moss-covered GOP establishment, it is Mitch McConnell. He serves as an emblem of insipid, rudderless leadership, with a vacant core. This man is convinced we serve him, not the other way around.

McConnell is not committed to one iota of a conservative agenda. He always makes sure he votes against the capitulations he himself, set into motion.  His betrayal to grassroots runs deep: 

1. Caved to Obama and Harry Reid on the Debt ceiling
2. Voted with Barbara Boxer to restrict gun sales
3. Voted for “Amnesty” in 1986, 2000, and 2006
4. Joined Harry Reid to fund Obamacare
5. Recommended ‘Progressive’ judicial appointment

McConnell has been in office 30 years. His allegiance is to lobbyist, not Kentuckians. His ideology is power, not conservatism. McConnell has been named one of the “Most Corrupt” members of Congress four times by Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, including in 2013. 

Beyond massive donations from Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and other special interests, the Center for Responsive Politics reports McConnell shares the distinction of having donors in common with Democrats;  Notably, Senator’s Cory Booker, Mark Warner and Kay Hagan.

The list of Booker and McConnell crossover donors includes powerful names at Fortune 500 companies, like  Lawrence J. Salva, Senior VP of Comcast, William Lauder, Chairman of Estée Lauder Companies, and Eric Schmidt, Executive Chairman of Google. Special interest and K-street donors are bankrolling McConnell’s reelection.

In this rare footage from McConnell, the young Senator states he opposes term-limits – and defends lobbyist. These videos are 27 years old, but McConnell has not changed. He still opposes term-limits. A permanent lifetime placement in the House of Lords suits him fine.  And, OpenSecrets.org reports McConnell receive’s more money from lobbyists than any member of Congress.

Karl Rove-affiliated Super PACs are clogging the Commonwealth’s airwaves. Outside groups are also spending millions in advertisements supporting McConnell. Yet, McConnell’s approval ratings still remains at 32% and the Democrat opponent Grimes is tied or leads him in 10 of the last 10 general election polls.

McConnell is out of touch. In a state where college basketball is an organized religion, during the NCAA tournament matchup between intra-state arch-rivals Kentucky and Louisville, the McConnell campaign ran an ad featuring the championship celebration of …Duke. Georgians have Sherman, Kentuckians have Laettner. 

In a symbol of desperation to keep his seat, McConnell waved a flintlock musket above his head at CPAC trying to pretend that he was something that he wasn’t. McConnell doesn’t own a gun. And, in an interview with The New York Times, McConnell said “ we [GOP Establishment] are going to crush conservatives everywhere” in the 2014 mid-term…

Elevating the nasty intramural brawl to a new level, McConnell seeks to undermine and deny any Tea Party candidate a Senate victory in November. And, the NRSC has stated it will refuse to support conservative candidates against Democrats in the fall who beat the incumbent. Conservatives know the trick is to find more Ted Cruz’s and less obstructionist, especially in leadership.

McConnell has been very open in the past about his contempt for conservatives and his distaste for grassroots Tea Party members. When McConnell attacks FreedomWorks, Senate Conservatives Fund, Club for Growth, Madison Project – all groups supporting Bevin –  and the tea party, he is attacking you.

If McConnell had his way, Trey Grayson would be in the Senate instead of Rand Paul; Charlie Crist would be in the Senate instead of Marco Rubio, David Dewhurst would be in the Senate instead of Ted Cruz; Arlen Specter would be in the Senate instead of Pat Toomey; and Bob Bennett would be in the Senate instead of Mike Lee.

Sure. Republicans might win back the majority. Keep sending men like McConnell back to Washington, and you will continue to destroy your children’s future. What’s at stake in 2014? All 435 seats of US House. 33 seats in US Senate. 46 State Legislatures. 38 State/Territorial Governorships. Vote the same, expect the same. And, here is what to expect. 

McConnell ‘works across the aisle’ with the enemies of the Republic, while feigning loyalty to real Americans. He refuses to stand up for conservative principles. Are we going to be the party of Jim DeMint and Ted Cruz or of Mitch McConnell and Karl Rove? The Kentucky primary is May 20.

Vote the same. Expect the same. Taking control of the Senate will mean nothing to our cause if McConnell is still in power. Karl Rove backed Dewhurst over Cruz. Rove and his money is now backing McConnell. McConnell endorsed and campaigned for GOP Trey Grayson, Rand Paul’s opponent in 2010. Greyson now heads up a PAC to get Democrats elected. 

If McConnell had his way, Trey Grayson would be in the Senate instead of Rand Paul; Charlie Crist would be in the Senate instead of Marco Rubio, David Dewhurst would be in the Senate instead of Ted Cruz; Arlen Specter would be in the Senate instead of Pat Toomey; and Bob Bennett would be in the Senate instead of Mike Lee.

McConnell said he’ll work to reelect every single GOP incumbent and ensure that conservative grassroots are defeated “anywhere in the country.”  It’s common knowledge in DC that McConnel and Boehner owe their leadership positions to their devotion to serving special interests. If you want a dictionary definition of the GOP establishment, it is moss-covered Mitch McConnell.

McConnell receives more money from lobbyists than any member of Congress and has been named as one of the “Most Corrupt” members of Congress ‘four’ times, including in 2013. McConnell is a corrupt sellout in the pocket of moneyed interests not aligned with the people of Kentucky. Democrats Cory Booker and Kay Hagan all share the same campaign donors as McConnell

When McConnell attacks FreedomWorks, Senate Conservatives Fund, Club for Growth, Madison Project, and the tea party — he is attacking the conservatives who have saved the Republican Party from itself. He is attacking you. Mitch McConnell attacks conservatives because his ideology is power.

Jim DeMint calls it: the ‘most important Senate race’ in the nation. Glenn Beck stated: “Mitch McConnell is as big of a danger to this country as Barack Obama is.” And, Mark Levin stated: “I don’t see how we will make progress in policy battles with McConnell… I endorse Matt Bevin.”  What good is a leader who waits until the liberals have 60 votes before opposing bad legislation?

Mitch McConnell is the Bernie Madoff of human trust:

• refused to campaign against Harry Reid in 2010.
• voted with Barbara Boxer to restrict gun sales
• sought a grant for a biofuel plant at the same time he mocked Obama for the idea
• expanded the Energy Department’s authorization: voted for the light-bulb ban
• recommended the judge who forced gay marriage and overturned the ban on partial-birth abortions
• voted for Wall Street bailouts & requested stimulus funds from Obama at least a dozen times

McConnell is enabling Obama and Harry Reid. Not only did McConnell fail to fight ObamaCare when it counted, he voted to fund it. Bringing down a rudderless leader like McConnell and replacing him with a real Conservative will send an unmistakably clear message to the GOP, our nation, and the following primaries. 

McConnell  has a 61% Disapproval/Unfavorable rating. With the exception of his 2002 race, McConnell has never won reelection with more than 55% of the vote. He is hovering around 50% now. If you’re conservative, you know the trick is to find more Ted Cruz’s and less obstructionist to conservatism, especially in leadership. Matt Bevin is a Ted Cruz.

Keep sending men like McConnell back to Washington, and you will continue to lose liberty. We need to do everything we can to get Mr. Bevin elected. This is why we have primaries. This election in November will be won or lost starting May 20th.  The only way to change the direction of the country is to change the direction of the GOP. We thwarted Mike Castle and Charlie Crist, removed Arlen Specter, Bob Bennett, Richard Lugar and made Lisa Murkowski fight for her life.

Their “warchests” aren’t scaring people away anymore. We’re all watching their every move. Their games aren’t working anymore. And they don’t like it. Despite the frustrations, there’s been an enormous amount of turnover since 2006, in both the Senate and the House. No one is entitled to our vote merely by serving a long time in Washington. 

Ladies and Gentlemen, it’s time. Convictions, phone calls, money — it’s head-counting time. GOTV. It is our responsibility to remove any elected official that continues to support actions that do not reflect the will of the people. If you don’t help man the phones to remove these insipid incumbents, then you too are cowards.

To win the country back, we need to be as mean as the liberals say we are. Conservatives can win if we mobilize. The Republic is in peril. The Founders pledged “our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor”. What can we do? The McConnell-Bevin face-off is a proxy fight for the soul of the GOP.  Don’t stand by and watch. Background: Apparently, Ryan knew the mistake was in the budget-deal legislation for at least two full days before the House vote. He has not, however, provided any explanation for why he did nothing to fix it. I captured this letter in the comment section. I greatly admire Debbie and hope she surfaces. She deserves praise.

Dear Congressman Ryan and Speaker Boehner,

Clearly, with the Ryan-Murray Budget agreement YOU have “lost all credibility”. I did not oppose the plan until I found out what was in it——and the conservative groups, that you preemptively trashed, have been proven right to oppose this budget deal.

Ranking Republican on the Senate Budget committee, Sen. Jeff Sessions (who was excluded from the budget negotiations) has determined that the Ryan Budget actually INCREASES the debt by at least $15.5 billion. This is due to failure to include interest on borrowed money for new spending and using the same “double counting” gimmick that was used by the democrats in Obamacare (and highly criticized during the 2012 campaign by Paul Ryan and Mitt Romney). This “double counting” comes from the Medicare trust savings to increase discretionary spending. In 2009, when democrats were using this “double counting” gimmick to push Obamacare on the American people, the CBO director said you could not count this money twice.

Also, Sen. Sessions explained that the Ryan Budget takes away the 60 vote requirement needed in the Senate to increase spending above the 2011 budget agreement levels——a requirement that Sen. Sessions has used three times to block wasteful spending. The Republican leadership has stated that the 2011 budget agreement, spending caps and deficit reduction will remain in place. How will the 2011 spending caps be recognized in 10 years when Harry Reid now only needs 50 votes to override those very spending caps?

Finally, to increase spending on the backs of our Veterans, especially our disabled Veterans, is a disgrace. To plead ignorance on this issue would admit incompetence. However, a statement from Congressman Ryan’s spokesperson Will Allison confirms house republican leadership knew that disabled Veteran’s retirement benefits would be cut and corrected the original version that claimed otherwise——-“The original version of that document had incorrect information,” Allison said in an email (reported by Matthew Boyle at Breitbart). “It was corrected as soon as the error was discovered on the evening of Tuesday, December 10, well before the House considered the legislation.” Meanwhile, democrat Patty Murray is able to plead ignorance—and assure Americans there will be a well needed “fix”, so disabled Veterans pensions will not be cut.

As the details of the Ryan-Murray Budget are revealed, the conservative groups that opposed the budget deal have been proven right —–  Yes, Speaker Boehner, the same conservative groups that you attacked, the conservative groups that make up the base of the Republican party. Speaker Boehner, with your diminished credibility, your attacks are “ridiculous”.

Let me remind you, Karl Rove and the RNC, the US Chamber of Commerce will not be casting a ballot in 2014 —– WE WILL.
