What does one put on an “ABOUT” page? Here’s my attempt: a couple going on 11 years now, both grew up in South Florida, ended up living in North Florida for awhile, packed it all up and spent a year in Australia, came back, took a mini road trip around the U.S.A., and now…recently married, we’re just making the best of everyday. Life is about the journey – not the destination.  And, I guess that’s what this blog is about.  Random musings during our journey.
While there’s no doubting the importance of facts, here are some things you may be more interested to know ABOUT J+C:
C: I don’t eat bread crust or seafood.
J: I cut the crust off C’s sandwiches, and I hate the fact that she doesn’t eat seafood.Â
C: I love Madonna. Love. Her.
J: I love the ocean. Surfing, wakeboarding, bodyboarding – whatever!Â

Stumbled upon your blog a week ago and decided to come back. Not for the articles you write, but for how you write them, really amazing stuff you’re doing here, i like how you put information into the articles which makes it much more easier to read and much more interesting of course. Keep up the good work!

Hi Cara and Justin,
Thanks for the comment on my new blog! You are right about the coffee. I was thinking, maybe if I learn to make coffee Aussie style I could open my own little caffe. Flat white’s were definitely my favorite (favourite) over there and I do miss them. Not the prices though! (shudder) So… I’ll be keeping an eye on your blog, it really is great!
Ciao!
PS: yeah, IF I happen to cure my own insomnia, I’ll be sure to pass along how I did it. It might have something to do with being a nomad, so maybe when I’m not one I’ll be able to sleep normal.

Hi Cara & Justin,
I work with the Travel Channel’s online community team and noticed that you blogged about Man V Food. I thought you might be interested to know that Travel Channel’s Man V. Food will be featuring your city in this week’s episode, which airs Wednesday, January 7th, at 10pm ET.
Atlanta Details
This Wednesday’s Man v. Food’s may just be my favorite episode to-date. Adam Richman, the host, travels to Atlanta to take on the local food. First stop is Gladys Knight and Ron Winans Chicken & Waffles, and then The Vortex Bar & Grill.
However, the main event is really where this episode shines. Adam and a buddy take on the 11 pound Carnivore Pizza at Big Pie in the Sky Pizzeria. This pizza is HUGE! One slice would have me full for days. Can Adam and his buddy finish this monster?
Tune-in to Man v. Food on Wednesday at 10pm ET to find out! Below is a sneak peek video for you to post to your blog.

Also, we are putting together a weekly updates list to keep fans “in the know”. Please let me know if you are interested in being on this list.
On a more personal note, I hope you do not find this offensive. I try to reach out to people who would be interested to know that Man V. Food is coming!
Cheers,
