My name is Josh House and I am a 28 year old living in Milford, OH, just outside of Cincinnati. I was born in Miamisburg, Ohio which is about 10 minutes south of Dayton and 45 minutes north of Cincinnati. After attending the University of Cincinnati for a few years I decided to go to Culinary School which I would ultimately finish up in Louisville, Kentucky. In November of 2010 Nicole and I were married in Gatlinburg with our family in attendance. We have a crazy little daughter, Madeline, who just turned one this past February and are expecting another baby girl in August of this year. When not at work I enjoy reading about and learning more about food and cooking, watching sports and most of all spending time with my family. After living in many different places it is nice to have a place to call home again.

Hi Josh!
How you doing? Grandma Edna gave me your web address.
It sounds like you’re getting a lot of good experience, but I understand you wanting to move again. I heard Chicago could be in your future. Brrr! Great city, but brrr. At least you’d be in driving distance for everybody to visit.
Take care.
Love,
Aunt Julie and gang
What up pimp! It’s time you get something on here so that we can see what you are up to out there in sunny AZ. I think you are getting a little too far fatched with calling me a Chef in the links though. That could use a change but thanks for the thought. Hope all is well. I will be here in Spain for a few weeks but I will hit you up when I get back. Check out the pictures on the website.
Prost!
Blake

Josh:
I can’t believe that my nephew has a webpage. How cool! Dude, I would be happy with some hot wings and a cold beer. Actually, I think that I will go get some hot wings and some beer. I am very proud of what you have become. Keep up the hard work and take care of yourself. By the way, did you ever get the grill back from the old flame?
Uncle D
Dear Joshua, I just returned from dining at Marion’s with the gang, minus you and Cody. Your Mother gave me your very cool site and here I am. I am sooo proud of you, everything looks and sounds great, but one thing was missing…where’s the goat meat?!! Well, at least you had goat chesse…let me know when you are ready to work with goat and I’ll get you some. We have 12 kids at the barn currently and 4 more does that will kid in May…It keeps me busy but they are sooo much fun. This year we have a Babe Ruth and a Pete Rose…their days are limited! So glad you are getting to experience things that just wouldn’t be possible around here, but I must say after your Christmas letter and a few tears…your Aunt and the rest of the family is ready for you to be closer. Well gotta go feed the kids, write when you get a chance…love you, Aunt Julie Ann
Josh,
I can’t believe that the guy who played baseball with my son all those years is now cooking up a storm! That is wonderful! I was just reading your blog about Lobster and I think you should be on the Food Network. I am quite impressed. Saw your mom & “little” Ethan at church Saturday and she passed your website on to me. I am sending it on to Pat. Well keep up the wonderful work and I look forward to visiting a restaurant of yours someday. Ever thought of Nashville? We hope to be moving to TN this year. Take care! Joshua:
Well, I finally got your website back again. Cody was just here on his way back to OU via Cinn (I wonder why). Cody got me back on the right path with the website. He is excited about his trip tomorrow to the EAST. We were looking at your Site and the outdoor scene. The salmon looked so good and of course, the Chef is so handsome. Cody was telling us of your vacation plans this summer. Anxious to see you and have a Grandma’s one-on-one chat–just kidding about the chat. We will have to plan a family reunion. Your little cousins will be so excited to see you. Avery is such a character. Rich and I just got back from our 2008 vacation. We went to Staunton, VA to see Pres Woodrow Wilson’s Library, then on Richmond to see April & family (Rich’s daugther). Then to Venice, FL (stayed with friends) for a week. We got home on the 17th, we missed the big snow storm. Going with your mom to pick up ET from OU next week. Take care and don’t work too hard. We’ll see you in 5 months. Love Ya, Grandma Marilyn Rich says “Hi.”
Congratulations on your Employee of the Month nomination. Your hard work and dedication is paying off. We are so proud of you and can hardly wait until you come home in August!
Love, Mom
HEY, Hope you had a HAPPY 4th or did you have to work??? Everyone was here except for you yesterday. But it was raining in Bellbrook and that was great as all the boys were inside (especially the 3-year old). Avery was so excited as he had his birthday cake and we had presents for him. He is talking all the time now and he makes you listen. You will have a good time with him in August. Cody took a nap most of time and Ethan napped inbetween eating. We are counting the days till you touch down in OHIO. Keep up the good work in Arizona. See you soon.
Love ya, Grandma M
Hey Joshua! Really excited to see you in August! I just finished a mission trip in Michigan, I was able to visit over brunch with Grandpa & MA..they are fine and planning on being in Ohio in August also. I can’t wait to hear about all the adventures you have had since you have been in AZ, minus the car repairs!! See you soon, Love, Aunt Julie Ann
