James…

I am from South Carolina, but have spent 5 years in Minnesota (working with Campus Outreach and Bethlehem Baptist Church) a year and a half in Philadelphia (to be a MA in Biblical Counseling student at Westminster Seminary and now I’m in St. Louis.  I married the most wonderful man in the world in May 2010, James Schaefer.  James is my answer to prayer and the source of so much joy.  He is my best friend.  He loves to explore with me.    I love fixing him dinner… even more when dinner ends with peach pie!  James is finishing his MDiv (graduate degree that will allow him to pastor) at Covenant Seminary in St. Louis.  We love it here, but miss our friends in Philadelphia (MN, KS, SC, etc)!

Christian Counseling and Education Foundation (CCEF) is a part of my Westminster program and my desire is to be trained in helping people change through the power of gospel.  Meanwhile, I am being changed.  I started this blog to share some of that (and now to share some of what I’m learning and doing now married!)
