you can use a couple of bread pans, one inside the other. Tie it together with string, or bungee cords, etc, or even a couple of boards.

Heh, I missed this one. An H2 acquaintance said I need to put up a brewing post, and I thought I had. Anyway.

Hefeweizen came out great, love that one. I will be sampling my third one, #19, this weekend. I also make a lemon lime one that kicked ass.

How did the hefeweizen come out?

When I moved away, he didn’t like doing it himself so now he makes vino.
It’s a lot easier and he’s becoming pretty good at it.
Or rather, his vino is getting pretty darn good.
