Welcome to my E-portfolio! My name is Jan (pronounced similar to yawn), and in this portfolio I will show you a bit more of who I am. You will get to know some of my teaching practices, but also who I am and what I do in my free time.
I am a soon-to-be graduate of the Thompson Rivers University B.Ed program with a focus on teaching Secondary STEM. Prior to this program I completed my Bachelors of Applied Science at UBC in Vancouver and worked as an engineer for 4 years. While I loved engineering, my passion has always been in education, both for myself and for teaching others. I am thrilled to be on the path I am now, and cannot wait to show you who I am!
