Invisible Ear at Juniper
April 21, 2009 at 5:33 pm · Filed under Uncategorized
At this year’s Juniper Festival, Invisible Ear will be sharing a table once again with the tasty Lyalin/Link brainchild known fondly as Glitterpony.
To be honest, we (I) could not be more excited.

Here you can watch former Invisible Ears Heather Christle and Natalie Lyalin read their poetry at the Kelly Writers House at Penn. This reading was part of the Whenever We Feel Like It series, majestically curated by Michelle Taransky and Emily Pettit.

Get The Fuck Back Into That Burning Plane

You’re probably going to want to go pre-order Lawrence Giffin’s new chapbook, Get The Fuck Back Into That Burning Plane, coming in March from Ugly Duckling. You may remember him from the lovely pages of Invisible Ear Two.

Please stop by the Glitterpony / Invisible Ear / Skein table at the AWP Chicago Bookfair. Copies of Invisible Ears Two and Three will be on sale, as well as ASParker’s chapbook, “Beethoven of Smells,” about which I could not possibly be more excited.
If ye are looking for a trinket to take away with ye, Seths (at the very least) will be writing poems on request ON THE SPOT. They will most likely be about children and/or butter, and you can bet that at least a few of them will make reference to Tiger Woods. That’s just how we roll.
Please say hello!
Invisible Ear THREE
February 2, 2009 at 9:29 pm · Filed under Uncategorized

Invisible Ear III is about to drop just in time for AWP in Chicago. Please visit the table we (the royal, you know) will be sharing with SKEIN and GLITTERPONY. It’s going to be a fierce love fest.
In the meanwhile, prepare your paunches for the too-good-to-prepare-for poems of Lesley Yalen, Lewis Freedman, Brian Baldi, Emily Toder, Anjali Khosla Mullany, Mark Leidner, Edward Mullany, Ari Feld, Ezekiel Black, and Jack Christian. IE3 will feature what I’d like to call a Moment of Introduction in which I freak out about how much I love these poems.
You will be able to buy it here on this very site very soon, but if you have questions, as always, direct them to me at seth [dot] landman [at] gmail [dot] com.
CHAPBOOK TWO: LUNAR ASPARAGUS

CHAPBOOK ONE: BEETHOVEN OF SMELLS
SOLD OUT!
Our first chapbook -- Seth Parker's incendiary BEETHOVEN OF SMELLS -- is available in real life and on this very website. I couldn't be prouder to share his general verve.
About Beethoven of Smells, gentleman and scholar Lewis Freedman said, "Seth Parker has discovered a glitch between consciousnesses, and knows how to sit inside of it and hear language on its not-yet-existent frequency." I say: HOW TRUE.Twitter Updates
