Intetics Inc. and its affiliates and subsidiaries (or “we”, “our”, “us”) care about your privacy and compliance with applicable laws. Many jurisdictions require a privacy notice by law. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC (“Google”). Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about how users interact with our Sites, such as which pages are visited, how often, and from which devices. The information generated by Google Analytics cookies (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States and other locations. Google uses this information to provide us with reports and analytics about site usage and to help us improve our Services.
Hotjar
We use Hotjar on our website to better understand and optimize our users’ experience. Specifically, Hotjar Observe allows us to visualize user interactions and identify issues and friction points, while Hotjar Ask is a voice-of-customer and user insight tool that enables user feedback, survey, or poll responses.
To provide these services, Hotjar uses first-party cookies and other technologies to collect personal data on our users’ behavior, preferences, satisfaction, and their devices on our behalf. This may include personal data like online identifiers (e.g. device’s IP address, user ID), identification data (e.g. name, email address, only if we explicitly collect it or requested in the survey), technical data (e.g. device type and screen size, browser information), geographic location (country only), behavioral data (interactions with our website such as clicks, taps, scrolls, with the survey elements and time spent), and any additional personal data that may explicitly submit through Hotjar or voluntarily shared by users in open-text fields on the feedback or survey.

Information we obtain from other sources
We may receive information about you from other sources to, for example, help us correct or supplement our records, improve the quality of our Services, prevent or detect fraud, and support our marketing and analytics. Tracking tools we use
We and third-party ad technology providers may collect information about you and your devices over time and across different websites and online services through the use of tracking tools, including cookies, web beacons, clear GIFs, pixels, device identifiers, precision device and browser trackers, and other online information-gathering tools. Do-Not-Track

Data Retention
We retain your information for the time period reasonably necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, or any other notice provided at the time of collection, taking into account applicable statutes of limitation and records retention requirements under applicable law.
We have set Google Analytics to retain user-level and event data for 26 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
Hotjar retains recordings and heatmap data for 365 days from the date of capture, after which it is automatically deleted.

Information from Children
Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 16 or another age defined as “children” under applicable law. Our Services are directed towards adults who are 18 years or older.
