I’d think about modifying your blog assignment … I wouldn’t have a minimum number of words … good blog entries can be less than a dozen words; also, I hope your emphasizing that to be a good blogger, you should really be posting way more than four times a week … four times per day would be better.

Hi Howard Owens, thanks for your comment. I agree with you, but needed to set some parameters to get people going. And i also agreeing about blogging four times per day, but in the reality of grad school, it seemed a fair compromise!
