Even a few days after it tastes lovely. Im unsure of what the original Kugelhopf tastes like, so I cant compare. A french friend tried it and said it tastes a bit more cakey – but if anything – slightly better than the normal Kugelhopf !
I used Alpro Almond yogurt and it was great.
