My parents painfully accepted my choice and the community, but since I converted to Islam, it was the Islamic community that has gone out of their way to destroy my family and all of my relationships. Further more the only reason they do this seems to be making a point that they are better than “reverts” and so called “kafirun.” I hear frequently that after 6 years of marriage, my husband is still their number one target for marrying off (to one of themselves). They don’t consider him married, because I suppose converts aren’t actually human to them. Also, I know 90% of their men to be whores, to whom they happily (knowingly) give their virgin daughters in marriage – in gross violation of the commandment given in the Quran. I now realize that the Quran does not define Islam, but Islam is defined by the lifestyle of 1.8 billion people, which is repugnant beyond all comprehension. There is a reason the world can’t stand Muslims. Muslims will stop being viewed as snobs, when Muslims stop being snobs.

Normal funeral.prayers are offered and burial forthe muslim who commits suicide Allah forbid.. however shuyug in the community should not lead funeral prayers for him so as not to condone what he did. but others are allowed to pray for him. committing suicide is as majorsin but it does not take us out of the fold of islam
