Welcome to my kitchen

I love to cook and I love to eat. Because I rarely follow a recipe to the letter, my family never knows what they are going to get for dinner. Will  it be a flop or fantastic? I  love the creativity and challenge of trying to make other’s recipes my own, with ingredients and I usually have on hand, suited to the tastes of my family. Once in awhile, I try to stretch my family’s culinary standards and serve them something outside of the norm. 

My hope in creating this blog is to connect with other creative cooks and share ideas back and forth. Join me as I share my kitchen creations.
