About Me
As salaam alaikum Everyone,
Firstly …. Welcome to my blog and thank you for honouring my humble blog by your visits.
I am Maryam from Ontario and working towards graduating with Bachelors in Science and Bachelors in Education from a prestigious university in Toronto alhamdulillah. Just for the record you are mostly going to read posts about Islam and my journey as a Muslim and some on-going thoughts too. By the grace of Allah S.W.T I am alhamdulillah born and bred as a Muslim. With fair interest in reading books, I have alhamdulillah gathered quite a lot about Islam, about which I believe is my responsibility to share with you all hoping that someday it would benefit you in one way or the other.
Its surprising actually when you realize that although having born as a Muslim, there are many things that we yet don’t know about Islam, the only way of knowing of which is through sharing whatever we know and believe in.
May Allah bless everyone with enough wisdom and understanding to choose the path which He advised us to.Ameen

I am not against religion. I think islam is more about aesthetics than a cult. Anything aesthetic looses its spirit when you label it. They way people are labeling islam these days is destroying it.

Have patience, and no label can pull islam up or down – except what Allah wills, these are only our fears and illusions. At every age mankind has put labels but at the end it is only Allah Whose plan matters! What is important is how each one of us, “personally”, comes out of these tests.
