What We Can Offer You
We love working on client advocacy and difficult cases, but we do not handle every type of case. If you call our office and tell us about what your situation is we will tell you up front if it is the type of case we handle. If we do not handle your type of case we will try to give you a referral. When you are looking for an attorney to handle your case you do not want someone who practices in 5 different areas of the law, which is why we only work on immigration cases. We can help you get your family-based Green Card, if you need to file for Removal of Conditions Cases, if you are looking at Fiance(e) visas, or if you have decided to become a U.S. citizen through Naturalization, we can help. Or if you have a DACA case and need to renew or apply for Advance Parole, we have worked on these since 2012. Or if you have a child or spouse in the military, or are veterans, you may want to discuss Military Parole in Place with us. Then there are cases that are more complicated, but we have worked on Waiver (a.k.a. "Perdon") cases since 2008, U-visa cases, VAWA, replacing old, lost, or stolen Green Cards, and when USCIS denies a case we can handle the appeal to get them to reconsider. Perhaps your case is just "stuck" and you want to get USCIS to decide you case. When clients have been here a long time and do not have a clear picture of their immigration history we often turn to filing FOIAs and running FBI background checks on people to figure out what options they may have. With over 15 years of experience we have a few tricks up our sleeves.
At this time our firm is not handling visitor, student, H-1B, H-2, E-1, E-2 treaty investor/trader visas, EB-5 immigrant investor cases, L-1, O-1 nonimmigrant visas, or removal (deportation) defense.

We know that dealing with immigration can be overwhelming. We are dedicated to providing you help in language that you can understand. Everyone in our office speaks Spanish and English fluently and are happy to speak to you in both languages. If you are deaf or hearing impaired we are experienced working with ASL interpreters so that you get the same individualized service that people have come to expect from our office.
