How else to explain her climbing a flight of stairs in the dark, and spending hours outside our door, until he got home? ;-D

Cat lady, or cat man (Tom Cox, Under The Paw) cannot be a negative thing. We don’t aspire to have an animal behave for us, or wait on us nor do we try to change what a cat is (well, egg shaped huts are imposing a bit but they do satisfy the need to hide out).

I’ve learned my dog people counterparts are needier – they want something waiting for them and loving them unconditionally. Cat people are themselves – comfortable in their own skin – even if kitty isn’t waiting at the door for them.

I am officially following you. Thanks for your blog and good humor.
