Linlithgow Winged Stag
This winged stag is a capture from the Linlithgow palace fountain. The courtyard fountain was designed to show the power of King James V in the 1530s and the fountain was vandalized in the 1640s by those who objected on religious grounds to the motto God Save the King.

The Emperor Has No Clothes
This stone statue reminds me of the short tale by Hans Christian Andersen The Emperor’s New Clothes or lack of them. Then the child says “But he has nothing on!”

Stained Glass Window of Christ
Stained glass window of Christ from Rossyln Chapel in Roslin Scotland. Rossyln Chapel has been the burial place for many generations of Sinclairs. A crypt was once accessible from a descending stair at the rear of the chapel. The crypt has been sealed off for many years, which may help explain the legends that it is merely a front to a more extensive subterranean vault containing the Holy Grail and the treasure of the Knights Templar.

Main Deck Of The Eureka Ferry
Eureka is a wooden-hulled paddle steamboat, that was built in 1890 and is now preserved at the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park in San Francisco. The boat was built by the San Francisco and North Pacific Railroad Company at their Tiburon yard.
