Hello to all  Head Muscle patrons, skeptics, and accomplices.  Regardless of which category you fit in, I hope that this blog will be able to play some small role in your personal cerebral fitness program.  My goal with this blog is to talk about issues important to life.  We won’t shy away from the heavy stuff, but we will try to add a laugh or two along the way.  Nothing sacred here – it is all fair game.  Just be polite and no one will get a time out.  Now let’s take our brains out  for a run through the park!
