Amazing Quality That Gave Our Dog His Active Life Style Back
Our dog Cooper is a mixed breed, and he was diagnosed with IVDD. We truly can’t explain how amazing it has been to see him with wheels and able to live his life again. When he was first diagnosed, everything felt overwhelming—emotionally and financially. Learning how to care for a dog with a disability can be incredibly expensive, and at times it felt like too much.
That said, this wheelchair was such an easy choice. The price was very reasonable for the incredible quality, and it has made a world of difference for Cooper. Seeing him happy, mobile, and able to enjoy life again has meant everything to our family. We are so grateful for this product.

I'm so grateful a friend recommended this harness! It's very easy to fit/adjust, to put on and use not only for attaching to the wheelchair, but it also works as a regular harness for the moments I need to get my dog from cart to car/home. The colors are soft and match the cart we purchased too. Couldn't be happier with it.

The wheelchair is amazing--we're taking our time getting Pogeen (our dog) used to it and she's doing really well. I'm glad we spent the extra money and ordered this instead of a cheaper knockoff!

It worked as intended
I bought the harness when our elder pet began losing strength in his hind legs to help him walk outside when he was "doing his business". It worked great! It made it very easy to help him walk without any problems at all. Unfortunately; his condition worsened rapidly and he very quickly deteriorated to the point that he couldn't move without our help.We took him to the vet after a couple days of rapid decline but there wasn't anything that they could do that would help.

This wheelchair has been such a blessing
This wheelchair has been such a blessing. We are so glad we made the decision to buy the Walkin' Wheels. Thoughtfully designed, well made and tough. We actually considered letting our six year old Great Pyrenees Boxer mix Frankie (named after Frank Sinatra because of his striking blue eyes) after he lost the use of his bac legs due to a spinal injury. This fine piece of equipment has literally given our beautiful boy a new lease on life. He took to it immediately, was able to go to the bathroom and begin marking his territory within the first 15 minutes, and has even learned how to navigate through his beloved woods, sniffing, hunting and peeing like old times and running around with his twelve canine family members.

Great Size for Pugs
Our senior 12 year old pug Appa started getting weaker in his hind legs, and a year later could barely walk and was scooting around. The vet says he likely has Pug Myelopathy (PM). This size small wheelchair is the perfect size for a pug! He was so excited to be mobile again, both inside the home and outdoors. He was especially happy to walk along the beach again with his favorite ball. The wheels don't work too well on soft/dry sand and tend to get stuck, but the wet and flat sand is perfect. Going over grass lawns is also no issue. I seriously cannot express how happy this made him, it really feels like it gave him a reason to keep living. We tried a cheapo wheelchair off of Amazon a while back, and had to return it because it didn't work because it was made with such cheap materials. This device is hardy, well-designed, and Appa got the hang of it very easily. It's well worth the higher price point if your dog has paralyzed hind legs. Thank you Walkin Wheels!
