THE PAGE
Life is a beautiful melody and its rhythms are its many journeys. Life is the intertwining of verses in between the silence of the mind.
This is where solitude resides, where words are written to show the quiet images of things in life which were often taken for granted. Amidst the maddening crowd.

He is an architect who loves music, art, theater and literature. He wants to be a simple man- away from the vanities of this world. He values purity and honesty in all things. He loves to be in the company of few good friends.
He considers writing this blog as a personal expression and exploration of the things he is thinking at the moment. He finds that these are words- which are better left unsaid and written down to a page.

Thanks a lot for including my site in your blogroll; although it appears to me that we have contradicting persuasion and belief in what they refer to as the almighty.
I wish you all the best in your writing.
John, it is just okay if we have contradicting views about religion. I love diversity of opinions and i don’t intend to twist anyone’s belief.
This blog thing, is a healthy exercise for the mind. Silently, after all the merits of an argument has been raised by two opposing sides, at the end of day, we know from ourselves, the someone on the other side has a point somewhere.
We can just accept that all of us have our different point of views, our different individualities and different set of truths. It depends if you agree or disagree, maybe because, in each of us, there are some sort parallelisms in our life experiences.
Thanks for visiting my page. Honestly, I admire the way you write in such intensity of thought. And the power of your words is so affecting and a bit persuasive.
Marvin,
I have completed reading all your poems and articles and I have to say that you flew me in a magic carpet ride to the many beautiful directions of your mind’s travels and your soul and heart’s magnificent journeys.
Your words filled my basin brimful of inspirations. It is rare for us to find in this lifetime somebody who connects to our thoughts in a strange way, but that rare thing happened to me while reading your works and you understand why through the comments I left in them.
I look forward for more and lasting collaborations with you here and if God allows us in other venues.
You mentioned you are intereted to become a contributor in my poetry corner: A Quiet Place To Rest at Laarnians.com I mentioned you already to the creator of the website. Please visit the site:

Looking forward to your new posts, Marvin!
I’m a voracious reader, and I feel so satiated reading your articles.
I’m re-reading most of them, checking if I missed something.
I wish you well.

Hi Marvin!
I am here again…i simply could not stop myself from reading your poems…i must admit i almost deleted you from my friends list…because i was telling myself aaah this marvelous writer has no time for a nuisance like me…but i did not because you write so well that i can not just turn away…i really thought you never read my comments until this morning i saw my name on your blogroll…amazing..it is such an honor…thank you very much indeed…
I too have just found myself on your blogroll! I really don’t know why! But I do know we clearly share an intense love of words ~ the whirlpool of their reality, illusions and delusions and all the shades of greyscale in between!
zen,
at first, i just wanted to be quiet and solitary. but it seems now, that i need to connect with my readers. i have learned from jeques, without him telling me, that the joy of the poet transcends the power of words when it had a lasting impression to another, in this case, the reader.
i think now, that it is not right for a poet to appear isolated and distant, since the readers reaction are not just vain babblings but an honest mirror. the readers have muster an inspiring amount of courage for them to put forward their voices, be it appreciation or contradiction. it helps the poet to think through and constructively become better writers.
happy reading.
best of times,
marvin
gemma,
it is my gratitude too, to include you in my blogroll. you deserve that space in my blogworld. yeah, there is such power in the written words that stretches beyond one’s lifetime. our affinity to it would make us saner persons whose objective is to magnify the beauty of the moment, in its honesty and purity.
yeah, i believe that there are some grey areas in between, which we, poets should try to clarify.
best of times,
marvin
vin,

Hames,
my reply to you on my blog (in case you missed it)…
You raise a point that has been of some interest to me. As an aging academic^^ I am intrigued by how wide-open the field of Korean literature is.
I checked out your blog (nice graphic on top!) and it seems to be primarily poetry. If you ever want to web-publish something about Korean Lit, feel free to do it here.. we always welcome lucid contributions.
hi charles,
i am a koreanovela fan. and back in my country-philippines, there has been a korean invasion of soap operas, which i find very good stories. so i presume that korea is bursting alive with korean poetry which i hope to compare with japanese minimalistic poetry. so your blog site will provide for me a springboard exploring this korean realm. and i will be needing a lot of your help, really.
thanks for visiting charles. it is well-appreciated.
Thanks for your comment on my creative blog, The Creative Journey. I don’t post there much anymore, as I have 2 other blogs I focus on more: The Prodigal Thought and To Be Continued. Hope you can stop by there, and I hope to post more poetry and creative stuff there as well.
hi scott,
thank you for finding me here at my poetry site.
i have checked your blogsite which deals much about religion. on your blogsite, i find your religious explanations interesting. hope that i could have an ample time reading them, but i will in the next couple of days.
i would be glad to read some of your creative stuff as well.
have a blessed week ahead.

He tratado de alcanzar a los lectores españoles a leer mi poesía. y estoy feliz de que usted lo hace, aunque Inglés es muy difícil de entender. Le agradezco su esfuerzo en visitar mi blog. Muchas gracias.

i hope you return to writing soon.

all the best to you.

Dear Brother Marvin,
Thank you for the wonderful words and encouragement you left in my blog. Returning to my blog, and even visiting yours, have become quite painful for me. But you are one of the few who make me feel that I ought to return to my humble space online once again. And I will soon. Thanks brother!
Oops. Sorry for that “return once again” bit. Haha. You may edit as you wish. 😉
dear brother rj,
you are very much welcome, brother. you are a writer and you ought to fulfill your destiny to write. i have a huge liking to your talent as a writer. and i know you have such a good heart and great personality, so keep it up on the brighter side of your life. God bless you, brother. all the best to you.
I have officially shanghaied you; I mean nominated you for the esteemed Versatile Blogger’s Award!
Please go here to pick up your Award: https://leoutlandosdamour.wordpress.com/about/
I hope you take to time to check out some of my other nominees if you don’t know them already, and please check out my new friend Charlotte’s blog. As most of you know, I don’t really do this type of thing, but I stumbled upon her blog by accident doing this Halloween guestbook signing for another friend and well, what can I say, I felt obligated. She trusted me, of all people, yeah, and nominated me and she does these really great water-color portraits. If nothing else, please stop by her blog, that would mean a lot to me.
I hope you enjoy my little “awards show.” I got to play around and be sarcastic and as most of you know–I loooooooooooove to do that.
Thank you & Happy Halloween!
WOW! that’s all i can say. 😉
hi rye,
thanks for the shout out, i appreciated it 🙂
