Our History
Built in 1902 by David Campbell as a wedding gift for his daughter, Louise, and her husband, Ernest, The Genthner House has stood as a prominent landmark in Guilford, Maine, for over a century and a half. Its historic significance is further recognized by its listing on the National Register of Historic Places. In 1984, the house underwent a transformation and was converted into The Guilford Bed & Breakfast, now a welcoming destination for guests.
