As for the missing adults, I am just at a loss. Your kid is still your kid whether they are 2 or 40. In adults you have to prove the habits and things of the missing person. You have to prove to authorities that it is “out of character” for the adult not to call, not to come by, etc. Each second that the clock ticks by without apprehending the abductor, the expected outcome becomes darker for both children and adults.
