My name is Janeen Griffith, and I am currently finishing my Bachelor of Education in Secondary STEM at Thompson Rivers University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
A few of my teaching priorities:
- building positive and respectful relationships
- infusing Indigenous knowledge and First Peoples Principles of Learning into my lessons
- implementing universal design for learning
- making content relevant and relatable
- creating engaging STEM lessons
