I didn’t go to every Foster Brooks tourney, so I can’t say if Weismuller ever appeared there. If he had been there during one of the events I attended I’m sure I would have remembered, because I was a huge fan of the old Tarzan films.

I’m sorry for the lack of updates. There were other major priorities in my life that have put the site on a long hiatus and it makes me feel bad, because I know it can and should be much better. I want to get back to overhauling it someday.

Adrian, Thanks for your feedback and perspective. I do try to avoid fluoride, so that’s something in Evian’s favor. I would also probably agree with you that — in a number of ways — we Americans are sad, sad people. We really are self-flagellants it seems on many levels and we don’t get enough pussy, and when we get it it’s somehow something evil and to be hidden. And we believe that Fox News is the best news information source, according to polls, when a study has in fact found that people who watch Fox News are less informed than people who watch no news at all. Sad.

I’m pretty sure some lady shit herself standing in the aisle on a very crowded 4th St bus when I was a passenger a few years back and the stench was not pretty and there was a real hubbub over it, almost a riot. The bus driver had completely lost control of the situation.

Why don’t you search for your answer on google or check the auctions in ebay, including current and completed auctions. BTW, I ended up selling my Noel Coward signed book to a theater director in England for $80, which was less than I wanted, but he was very nice and he clearly wanted it more than me, and we struck up a friendship.
