Rule: AssignmentInOperand

I would like the option to not report increments that are in array brackets such as

data[index++] = foo;

Add a sub property like allowIf for arrays

Describe alternatives you've considered
a counter class whose one method once called returns an incremented value.

data(index()] == foo;
