autogerenciadas funcionam melhor e que heterarquia é mais eficiente que
hierarquia. Fui reconhecido Microsoft MVP por quinze anos, dos quase trinta que
atuo no mercado. Já palestrei sobre .NET, microsserviços, Ruby, Node.js,
Frontend e Backend, Agile, etc, no Brasil, e no exterior. Liderei alguns grupos
de usuários, como o Brasil .NET, e o .NET Architects.

mechanic, currently enjoying a sabbatical. I founded and lead Lambda3 as Chief
Software Architect, in Brazil. I program because I love it and I believe that
self-managed people work better and that heterarchy is more efficient than
hierarchy. I was recognized as a Microsoft MVP for fifteen of the nearly thirty
years I have been in the industry. I have given talks on .NET, microservices,
