Bah, looks like I just missed adding the extra functions to Linear.Affine. At least the important stuff was added. We can't merge this yet. linear-1.11 will be come the new lower bound since we'll use functions added in this release.

Whoops, I didn't realize how much the diagrams-* packages and linear overlapped. In that case, it'd probably be better if someone who knew what they were doing merged the changes (i.e., not me).
