Fix Mouse issue, when selecting input.

• Mouse input can be used.
• When a controller is disconnected, values will restore to normal values, instead of bottom left corner (e.g. causing issues to use Windows start menu)
• Possibility to use half axis mappings, like 2 buttons to one axis. The UI is not updated to use this functionality yet.
