I lead GitHub's open source programs team. We partner with teams across the company and industry to empower open source leaders and advocate for a healthy software ecosystem. I'm also on the TODO Group steering committee through 2026 supporting OSPOs everywhere.
Ashley Wolf is the Director of Open Source Programs at GitHub. She runs initiatives and programs to empower developers and maintainers to be successful with open source. She is also passionate about helping companies participate in the open source community. Prior to joining GitHub, Ashley led the Yahoo and Verzion open source program offices. Ashley has been on the steering committee for the [TODO Group](https://todogroup.org/) since 2020.
