🌐 Standards & Protocols: Contributor to Unicode / IDNA / ICANN LGR and advocate for protocol interoperability.
👥 Engineering Leadership: Building teams that deliver with speed and governance. Mentored developers through Google Summer of Code and multiple open-source initiatives.
