cli: fix progress monitor prompt for etl tco job

* previously, the `ais etl bucket` command printed an incorrect prompt:
  "To monitor the progress, run 'ais show bucket tco-xxxxx'".
* this was misleading, as `ais show bucket` is a separate command.
* updated the prompt to: "To monitor the progress, run 'ais show job
  tco-xxxxx'".
