Hi Janet, you mentioned that you have more information on getting into the Butler Cemetery? I would very much like to visit sometime. My great, great Grandfather William Pitt Smith and his son, Thomas Albert Smith are buried there, not sure if Thomas Albert has a headstone. William Pitt should (Confederate Sergeant 4th Texas Infantry). Who do I need to contact? Thank you for your help,

Hi Ruth,
Thanks for replying. I am looking for any type of proof evidence that Martha Bull Jordan was the daughter of Robert Bull. She married at such an early age that I can’t find any type of proof evidence. I have a marriage record on her but it doesn’t list the parents, there is no death certificate that I have been able to find. I do know she had a family bible and recorded info in it but don’t know where that is. My husband’s lineage to Martha is as follows: Martha Bull Jordan–> Campbell Ambrose Jordan –> William C Jordan–>Ruth Joyce Jordan Peck–> Patrick Peck (my husband). I have proofs for all other ancestors except Martha, she is my weak link. I have already contacted the person you named above but got very little help. I have really enjoyed researching the Bull/Jordan family line. I have learned so much and hope to get more info as time goes on. If you have any “proof” info that would be much appreciated. Again, thanks for your reply and I enjoy reading your blog!
