Zythepsary 163 :: If you're not a plugin author don't waste your time with it. Seriously: it does NOTHING for normal people. What it does is helps you write a BOPIT-friendly readme.html file for your plugin. If you are a plugin author and don't have readmes with your plugin shame on you! If you are a plugin author and are not taking advantage of BOPIT shame on you! This plugin can help with the first, and you really should get on board the second.
The plugin's readme was written by the plugin :)
