I'm currently using b2evolution 2.4.5. I have no experience with writing plugins for b2evolution, but am fairly comfortable with hacking existing ones.
Has there been a discussion in the forum on a process to port an existing wordpress plugin to b2evo?
Specifically, I'm interested in getting this functionality https://www.zenfolio.com/zf/tools/wordpress.aspx within b2evo.
Any pointers would be helpful. Thanks!

Try to find a b2evo plugin that is close to what you want, then try mixing the plugins ;)

I've got the basics and made a simple one that just adds an html line in the head section. It's a start :) Totally useless apart from learning the basic format/syntax.
As I learnt through #10, #11, #12 of https://forums.b2evolution.net/request-plugin-for-mathematical-expressions
Wow 10 years have passed and I'm a bout to try one, not the oner in the original post. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
