Whether you’re beginning your recovery journey or transitioning from another level of care, our programs are designed to meet you where you are—with warmth, expertise, and lasting support.
Our evidence-based programs treat anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, ARFID, OSFED, compulsive overeating, and related mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Every treatment plan is personalized, grounded in research, and supported by a multidisciplinary care team.

Inpatient Treatment
The highest level of medical and psychological support, available 24/7 for individuals who need stabilization in a safe, structured environment.
- 24-hour supervision by medical and clinical staff

- Step-down planning for continued recovery
Residential Treatment
Round-the-clock care in a home-like setting where clients can practice healthy living skills while engaging in therapy and group work.

Day Treatment (PHP/IDP & IOP)
Intensive, structured daytime programs that allow clients to return home—or to nearby lodging—each evening.
- Partial Hospitalization / Intensive Day Program (PHP/IDP): ~30 hours per week of therapy, groups, and nutrition sessions.
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): ~12 hours per week, ideal for maintaining recovery while balancing school, work, or family life.
- Lodging options available for adult clients traveling for care.
Outpatient Treatment
Flexible weekly sessions that integrate recovery tools into everyday life. Ideal for clients stepping down from higher levels of care or seeking early intervention.

Virtual Treatment
