Anurag, our CEO, has roots in advanced battery research at BMW and Oak Ridge National Lab. Previously, he developed medium and light duty trucks and buses at Volvo-Eicher Motors, bringing a decade of product development experience to ElectricFish’s solutions. He holds a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
Leonardo Mattiazzi

Leonardo, our President, is a 2x Founder with 30 years experience scaling businesses from startup through IPO and beyond, doing business in North America, LATAM, Europe and APAC.
With a background in electrical engineering and continued education degrees from Stanford and UC Berkeley, his work blends strategic vision, technical depth and execution leadership.
Nelio Batista
Co-founder and CTO
Nelio, our CTO, is a multidisciplinary innovator with a decade of expertise in software architecture and high-power systems. With a background in aerospace research, he excels in crafting advanced engineering solutions.
Vince Wong
Co-founder and COO
Vince, our COO, leads business development, government relations, and operations. He has 12+ years of experience translating market needs into successful product launches and strategies as an accomplished management consultant, product marketer, and second-time founder. Vince earned his MBA from Cornell Tech with a focus on entrepreneurship and his BA in International Relations from New York University.
