Submission

  • We invite full papers and position papers.
  • Paper submission and registration are handled via CMT through this LINK.
  • Paper registration is performed by registering as a user with CMT and entering the paper title and abstract. This will result in the allocation of a “paper ID”, which indicates registration is completed and should be used in preparation of the review copy. You will be able to make edits and upload new paper drafts until the final deadline.
  • The format of the paper is the same as the BMVC main conference, to be found in this LINK. Please make sure to read both the formatting instructions and policies before submission.
  • Submissions must be in PDF format and the length should not exceed 9 pages excluding references.
  • Any appendices must precede the reference list.
  • The review will be double-blind.
  • All accepted papers will be DOI indexed and appear in the BMVC proceedings, which will be available for download from the BMVC website. Past proceedings can be found online in this LINK.
  • Papers that do not use the BMVC template, or are more than 9 pages (excluding references) will be rejected without review.
