Thank you for sharing your memories Uncle Joe. I did not get to hear any of the eulogies for Uncle Boy. These stories were very touching. In regard to the by-laws, I think that a MISSION STATEMENT, along with objectives and goals will suffice for a non-profit organization to be registered and obtain a tax ID.
