I am a forty-something, former aerobics and kickboxing instructor who is trying something new–bodybuilding! I have had three children, two girls ages thirteen and ten, and a little boy who resides in heaven. My super hubby is an Ironman, who seems to motivate everyone around him. We were high school sweethearts, and he’s still my main man. I hope my journey into beginning bodybuilding will humor, motivate, inspire, and interest you.
