I am a forty-something software engineer with a couple advanced college degrees under my belt, and the new Dad of a one year old. I met my wife in 2002, was married in 2004, and became a home owner for the first time in 2007. This perhaps makes me the definition of a late bloomer… something I try not to care about. I live a few thousand miles from where I grew up, in part to join the ranks of the software priesthood in one of its great centers in the world. I have an ISTJ personally type, and moderately liberal political views.
