I’ve worked with my dreams for years, and learned much–often the hard way: by making mistakes in interpretation.

I put so much effort into understanding my dreams because I believe, as Freud said, “Dreams are the royal road to the unconscious.”  I think that’s a good place to go, not just to understand myself, but to understand this strange world in which we find ourselves.
