- What are tile and non-tile requests?
Some endpoints in the Map Display API and Traffic API return vector or raster tiles. All other endpoints return non-tile requests. See the pricing table above for details.
- Can I get an invoice if I choose the Pay As You Grow plan?
Yes, for each payment our users get an invoice by email. On top of that you can always see your expenses and download your invoices in the dashboard. You always remain in control over your spending.
- I want to switch from another provider and I am used to map loads. Do you have that?
- Do I get 50,000 tile and 2,500 non-tile requests every day?Yes, you get this amount of free requests every day, even if you choose the Pay As You Grow plan. You can spend this on any API.
- What are the default QPS limits?
Our QPS limits range from 5 to 50 depending on the API. Check out the details here. We offer flexible QPS limits in our Enterprise contract. Contact sales to learn more.
- Can I use all APIs to build commercial applications?

- How can I get higher matrix size limits for the Matrix Routing v2 API?
In Freemium and Pay-as-you-Grow the limit is 200 cells per synchronous request and 2500 per asynchronous request. If you need a higher number of cells, contact sales to get a personalized offer.
- How can I get higher waypoints limits for Waypoint Optimization API?
In Freemium and Pay-as-you-Grow the limit is 12 waypoints per request. If you need a higher number of waypoints, contact sales to get a personalized offer.
