just as i let those gone...go
As a slave to time, I have unwillingly wandered off from here over this year…a few times. 🫣
You see, I kept trying to save time for later and then I kept beating myself up over my inconsistent behaviour 😲- and as far back as i can remember, this is that year which threw me off in regards to consistency and coherency. 😬
Mine would say that I am the constant reliable type 🙃 but this year – 😩 i rushed, i tripped, i ran and i ran late, i got lost and i never pitched, many times i lost… 🥴 but i won some too 😋🙃 … and now i say … it’s done! 😵💫… I’ve lived, loved, lost and learnt. (hmmm….some cliché and dramatic isn’t 🤭)
This said and done, sorry for boring you … 😋 but me writing this down here is my way of coming back to visit a piece of myself that once was … 🤍
On a lighter note, (or not 🤐) both my girls are on holiday …so yes – me too with them two🙄.
With the girls and myself being home, i chose to take a short break from writing, giving attention to living and loved ones … but peeking in from time to time to visit you all…🤭🙃
What makes me feel good about this is that i am not forced to take a break . No deadlines to meet, no crisis to attend to, no issues with balancing time, no emotions roller coasting …and me not feeling like I’m being inconsistent or abandoning here 🤭 I’m taking a break because i want to and i can. 🙏
this makes me feel like a master of time lol- momentarily…😉☺️
To you all : May this festive season treat you with utmost care and kindness,🤗 keeping you safe and healthy (wealthy too …😋) as the days rain blessings of the richest kind and time gifts you softness in moments – moments abundant in peace, love and joy with each step of the way into your new year ahead.
