Things that are interesting : peeling paint, rust, crap, toys, plastic, buttons, wire, thread, yarn, ink, paint, paper, nails, screws, maps, x-acto knives, pliers, dremel, insects, games, balls, robots, animals, layers, bottle caps, old stuff, random photos, found playing cards, doll parts and dangerous crap I find laying around in the street.
