Dark Kitchen is an ongoing exploration of the culture of food in times of fall, travelling through different kingdoms and terrains, in the company of artists, filmmakers, writers and activists. It starts from an awareness of the industrial food system, with its whirlygig of distribution centres and trucks thundering down our roads, but seeks to enter a deeper relationship with the creatures and plants and people that sustain us.
