Collaboration & Access Control

Every event and story has three access levels. Users without one of these levels explicitly granted cannot view or confirm the existence of that content.

Owner Full control: edit, delete, manage access, publish
Editor Can modify content and attachments
Viewer Read-only access to content

Risk Surface Management

The access control system is designed for compartmentalization, allowing you to limit exposure of sensitive materials to only those who need access. Events and stories have independent permissions—a collaborator with story access does not automatically see attached events unless explicitly granted.

Compartmentalization is available but not required. You can share everything openly, restrict access tightly, or anywhere in between depending on your needs.

Activity Feed

The activity feed shows all content you have access to: stories, events, attachments, and publications. Visibility controls are enforced—events and stories restricted to other groups remain hidden.
